Mtn missing data and *********** service

I bought 50gigs data Monday morning. It was never loaded. I phoned they say 4 hours to resolve. I phoned after 4 hours they say 24 hours I phoned after 24 hours they say they need proof I send them proof they say they need 72hours I ask what must I do. Buy new data or wait for 72 hours without data. If I buy I will end up with 100gigs more than what I need. I ask for refund they say they dont so refunds Shocking service
