mtn missing data
in January I upgraded a contract and was told im on a promo package that includes 10 gig data a month for 3 months . after a few hours later data was loaded . however 2 and half weeks later the data was gone and the standard 300 mb as per contract was loaded . since beginning feb I queried why the data was wrong and struggled to get an answer . eventualy I was told sorry it wasn't loaded it will be loaded by 14 February when the reset happens but this didn't happen . I struggled again with customer service and was told again so sorry they can see it should have been loaded . I was then told to go to the shop where I upgraded , I contacted the shop and the logged the call to reset and load data . 1 and half week later now today I only get a **** response sorry but all the data was used by running apps which I no for a fact to be untrue as all apps are restricted . mtn likes to make data disappear and give the excuse its apps running . so tell me one thing how does over 22 gig disappear overnight when we couldn't use more than 8 gig of the data as it was restricted for the next month .not happy with this nonsense .

Kindly be advised that according to our records your data was depleted by running app's on your device. you can submit to your nearest MTN store an SAPS affidavit requesting a URL that will show you how your data was used up.

26 Feb 2018, 14:28this response is actually expected from mtn as it is the normal response . no apps were running on the phones background as all app were disabled when screen turns off so please send that pathetic response sp somebody whos doesn't know their phone . bull****

26 Feb 2018, 14:31so tell me how then is it possible that this data was perfect on the account for number of weeks then suddenly gone? according to you then a app was running if so why wasn't the data depleted much quicker? like I said pathetic response . will warn all against mtn
