Mtn Misleads Customers

It seems Mtn does not respond to these reviews and that HelloPeter has no influence on them...but here goes Mtn App informs me that I am elligible for an early upgrade at ZERO charge. Mtn Website indicates the same, ZERO charge. After cancelling the Online Upgrade Application (which was a diappointing event too since Mtn makes use of a third party called Mondo to do online stuff), I approached the local Mtn store/merchant in town only to be told I have to pay an expensive early upgrade fee. I contacted Mtn on their Facebook Messenger platform only to be told the app will not show an amount due (but just the week before it did...) and that an amount is payable for early upgrade. I told Mtn that the app is misleading the public Their reply was to pay the Once-off amount payable for early upgrade or wait out the remainder of the period and upgrade only then, two months away... I am disappointed
