MTN MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS

It is a joke. Have you ever been with a provider that you to scared to call them cause the person that is going to help you is going to mess it up more than the person before him/her. It is out of this world. I canceled a new contract due to no coverage. All goes well, they told me it is canceled then it isn't then it is in excalation process ,then the system is down. So MTN outsourcing there contracts then I have to call them then is not this one it is that one. AMAZING the level of ignorance and customers service you get from them. To say the least still no cancelation cause the system is down.So the people's responsibil to cancel the contract didn't do that and blame each other.
