Mtn misleading the country

Im so dissapointed at mtn as a service provider. And the lack of information they give when purchasing one of there services.
Earlier today i purchased uncapped data bundle from my prepaid MTN phone all was well and good until I got a text saying I was depleting data at out of bundle charges! I was shocked because I know had bought uncapped data bundle a couple of hours prior to the text. So I called up customer care to find out what was happening , a very helpful consultant advised me that I was using my own airtime at the moment and the uncapped data bundle needed to be activated first before I can use it! I was not informed I had to activate it after purchasing so I used up my airtime UN aware, and to top it all of the uncapped data that I have now activated is connecting at ridiculous speed it was connecting faster when it was using my airtime.
I think I speak for everyone when I say we need to be informed of these little things that are not told to us when we purchase a service we must get our money's worth. And let cell phone companies be transparent about the speeds of our bundle purchases before we even buy because the speed might be useless for the type or class of use we are buying for.

i have called Mtn again and waited 40min to be put through to a manager SENZO who was very sarcastic and did not handle my matter with any urgency at all! He simply told me I should read the terms and conditions before buying the data bundle

it took 1hour to allocate the website with the terms and conditions for data another hour to read through them!

I HAVE POSTED THE ISSUE ON MTN SOUTH AFRICA FACEBOOK PAGE AND I HOPEFULL WILL HELP A PERSON WHO IS LOOKING TO CHOOSE A CELLPHONE PROVIDER
