MTN misleading consultant and daylight ******* of uncapped wifi.

Unreliable, inconsistent advise from mtn . MTN took my number which *** saying that I haven't been buying airtime yet I have been receiving calls on the number. I called the first consultant on the 19th and they told me my number will be recycled back to me, after 10 days and I waited for those day and nothing happened and I called their consultant again on 135 and the consultant told me to make a swim swap thats the way I can get back my number and now still nothing , for so many years I've been using this network am truly devastated and I use these numbers on all my accounts and job applications.secondly I have the home wifi uncapped with Mtn and all of sudden I'm owing monies in advance while am on a month to month program. Truly how can u owe money in advance for a month to month program and the data doesn't even last a full month yet it is uncapped data. I'm truly disappointed with MTN
