MTN MISLEADING CLIENTS

I received a call from a Telesales agent about a week ago who offered me a minimum topup on an existing contract. I reiterated many times with her what was going to be charged and assumed we had a mutual understanding. This morning to my surprise I was billed an extra R350 on my MTN account for God knows what. This is the reason people are so keen and don't accept anything over the phone and rather go instore. These calls are recorded so I hope I get a call today and I want my money refunded today. THIS IS MISLEADING and many clients get caught up because of lies.
