MTN Misleading and *****s

Canceled contract because of incorrect device and contract not accourding to request withing 2 days of reciept.... they handed me over to SSDA and forced me to pay the full amount of the account( i got an bad credited record because of this) ... we tried to cancel the contract numerous times but they are to useless to resolve this! MTN is is the worst Company to take out an contract.... they didnt even let me know they didnt cancel the contract.....
