MTN misleaded me

I am so disappointed about MTN such a big company. I upgraded my contract and I made it clear to Ethan Bond that I want to downgrade due to financial difficulties, he misleaded me only to find out that I need to pay morethan what I was paying. It's about 3months now and MTN failed to fixed the problem
