MTN Misery

Last week Friday I was highjacked and my phone was ******, I visited your branch at Lenasia signet Terrace as my contract is on a business account. Nearly a week later after continuously running to your store at signet terrace and your HO in Florida my SIM card has still not been activated. Your call Centre is totally useless and of no help. Due to MYN incompetence I am unable to run my business or set up my new phone as all activation messages get sent to the SIM card that you fail to port.
