MTN MINUTES - DONT BUY

I buy minutes every month on the app. I realized that the minutes run out very faster than what was actually used and feel that I am being ****** by MTN. How can you take more minutes than what was actually used????

This will cause me to move to another network. I have been a customer since 2009.

I request that i am reimbursed for this....
