MTN IS THE BIGGEST ****MERS OF ALL TIMES.

My contract was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates. I requested a settlement letter and the account was settled in FULL November 2025. I requested a paid up letter. Its been 2 weeks and they have not responded so I contacted there legal department.

This morning I received an email from MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT THAT I STILL OWE R3000. What the hell????

I HAVE JUST LAID AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AND NCC.

THIS NONSENSE OF MTN NEEDS TO STOP
