MTN ****ming me

I called MTN to cancel my contract when it expired. It was a data only contract. R299 per month

MTN did not cancel my contract as instructed.

Instead they moved it to month to month and I need to pay them a whopping 2000 rands, in order for them to cancel the contract.

On top of that, they say if I don't pay, every month the amount will go up by 2000 rand.

Who pays 2000 rand monthly for data. 2000 is half my salary.

MTN is a ****, they are refusing to cancel my data only contract after it expired and I instructed them to cancel.

They are a ****. Do not take up any contacts with them. They will intentionally not cancel it
