MTN ****ming customers of their airtime and data

Once again my data and airtime just disappeared from my balance, I called the useless customer service and had to explain the same matter that’s “under investigation”as claimed by MTN for the millionth time and after 14 minutes of back and forth with the agent insisting that I have out of data bundles when on my account it clearly states that I do not have any out of data bundles, subscriptions, renewable or recurring data bundles she was rude enough to hang up on me. I am sick and tired of MTN!!!
