MTN ****ming contracts

I have a contract and MTN forces me to use my spend limit on high and expensive options for data. Called MTN first time and I was told it was fixed which was a lie. I called again today and geuss what a rude lady by the name Anda Ndomile Firstly tells me I have to take what MTN is forcing on me or leave it. She then refuses to let me speak to an inline manager until I am admant and then she ****s transferred the call which dropped. Your service sucks.
