MTN, mindbogglingly useless, again.

Had an absolute aweful experience with MTN yet again!

According to the MTN online upgrade eligibility tool I've been eligible for an upgrade since 14 February 2020. Decided to phone them today (18 February 2020) and spoke with Busi Hlatshwayo who informed me that according to them I am only eligible for an upgrade on 21 March 2020. She was unable to explain the discrepancy and rather than offer to help me get it explained, told me to phone back tomorrow as the "upgrades" department is closed, even though at the start of the call she told me she can help me with an upgrade.

It is mindboggling that a company as big and well established as MTN can't even agree on upgrade dates for customers who have been with them for almost 10 years!

Extremely disapponting. If I could change to a better service provider i would have, but better the devil you know than the devil you don't.
