Mtn MiLove

Mtn have this new Milove and called me with options to choose 1 to join or 2 to opt out for R45/month. I choose 2 and imediately they took my airtime for subscribing. I recieced an sms that i was subscribed and can dail #155# to cancel, which i did. But my airtime was gone. How many people do they catch with this and make millions. I have put a complaint via the app and nothing happened. I called them and stay on the line for 2 hours and gave up.
