MTN milking money for service not delivered!!!
Bad, bad, service from MTN. I have put in numerous disputes about my sky high account, I get billed R1500, R1287, R1055, and now today i get another message that my account is overdue with R1173.28 and i must pay to avoid suspension. I dont know what to do or who to call anymore with this. I am on a normal Top Up Contract with a closed line. This is the worst service i have ever encountered. I cannot afford this bills any more and to cancel my contracts will cost me over R5000, and if i dont pay i get black listed. *** must i do???
