MTN might not be the fastest solution

I got approved for a contract phone that needs to be delivered, when i followed up with you, as i heard nothing of the courier it took more than 48 hours for you to reply. When u did and gave me the courier company's number they don' even have any record of me and its been close to a week. I was very impressed with your sales consultant but now I wonder if the service will always be this slow and if I made the wrong choice to go with MTN. Not good service.
