MTN Midwaters Middelburg horrible service

I took out a contract with MTN midwaters they called me to collect my phone when I went to the store they refused and said that the port was not done , and that i could not have my phone I thought if I changed service providers I thought MTN would provide me with better service i guess I was wrong . The consultant when I complained told me it was fine they don't need the business and that I should delete her number. I only moved to MTN not even yet and this is the level of service.
