MTN Midrand walk in centre And MTN in General is the best suggested company if you want **** in life

5 stars once again to see what response I get this time.

Unfortunately I can’t upload a picture to this site, despite all the complaints sent on this site MTN once again proves that they do not provide such thing as customer care service.

Long story short bought a phone it had manufacture faults caused the home screen button to crack MTN said it’s my negligence, the phone was booked in on the 06/12/2017 as per the MTN repair centre no faults was detected on the phone other then the cracked home screen button.

I decided since MTN (**** conpany) has no business ethics or services I should just go collect the s**** I purchased from MTN.

I went to MTN walk in repair center in Midrand today 18/05/2018 to collect my phone, the technician put the phone to charge as it was dead we waited for the phone to start up as MTN advised NO FAULTS DETECTED ON THE PHONE, guess what the phone DOES NOT START UP? So As previously requested in mails Kushal Singh was to advise the faults I was experiencing till date months later i have no response????

I need MTN to put a hold on my account as this is really pathetic and every time The response i get on this site from MTN is we will get back to you and months later again nothing really pathetic, next bet is going into head office with this phone and not leaving till my contact is canceled and MTN can take the **** device sold to me and stick to their pathetic service levels.
