Mtn middelburg mall shop has no service at all their stuff is ***********,disrespectful and proud to their customers.i ll never recommended mtn to anyone I know at all.

I went to MTN shop in Middleburg mall in Mpumalanga,to make an enquiry on my Sim that is not working was assisted by a gentleman called wyne 1st time I went to the shop,he gave me the worst service ever missled me,made me to buy new Sims that did not resolve my enquiry at all,I went again today which is the 19/02/22 to make the same enquiry again the very same guy called Wyne said he ll assist since he remembered my issue,but still didn't resolve my issue left me sitting on the desk unattended for a while and attended to other customers and when I raised a concern with regard to not being attended to he said he didn't come to the shop for me,I got surprised what do mtn stuff go to work for? Are they not there to provide service to customers?I ll never recommend mnt to anyone I know, their stuff is very disrespectful and too proud to the customers.
