MTN Mickey Mouse business. Billing sept don’t know what’s going on and no SLA’s to their clients!!

Was charged for an upgrade when I literally had 15 days left to go onto pay as you go. Queried with call centre and they realised that it’s a billing issue. Case escalated to billing that was 3 months ago. Still waiting for feedback, used social media, still now we here. MTN service sucks I recommend using a different network provider.
