MTN messing up my credit record

I have been trying to change my debit order date with MTN for this whole month and when I called the contact center I could not go through, so I decided to go to a shop, what they said to me alarmed me. The Indian lady said to me I should let the debit order bounce "scru up my credit record because they can't change it and I much come pay in the shop after it's bounced. What **** is that!
