MTN messing up my credit

Hello Peter. I'd like to get help with a problem with MTN, I have no account or services that I use with MTN however my credit record shows that I am in arrears with an amount that started as R1 and has now gone up to R61. I called in and laid my issue and was told to send through an affidavit together with the copy of my ID to catherine.sehume2@mtn which I did. I since have not gotten any response, I have followed up a few times to find out on the progress of my issue to no luck. Please help, my credit had been affected badly.
