MTN Messed up AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am unsure why MTN cannot do their jobs properly. First they promise to fix the problem of over debiting me. Then they go right ahead and debit for triple the monthly amount again after they sent me an SMS stating they credited me for 2 thirds of the invoice. This has now messed up my account and the bank is not willing to provide me with a loan. What does MTN have to say about that? Does MTN fix this or give me a letter to give to the bank for their ***** up or what the hell do i have to do to get this fixed? Should i go to court and rather sue MTN, because this is what is going to happen if MTN cannot fix this problem ASAP. Trust me when i say, i have plenty of evidence and will win as well. I am tired of this and have had to deal with this issue now for 2.5 months. Sick of service providers *****ing things up and being unable to perform simple job tasks.

07 Feb 2019, 11:44What makes this even worse. When i call the regional offices to speak to them to resolve this. There is no answer and no one picks up while the phone rings till it eventually stops. I let it ring till someone picks up but automatically stops after like 20 something rings. Amazing how a corporate company can mess up someones life and sit back and continue making mistakes like this this is some kind of sick joke. I think its disgusting and seriously considering telling MTN to take back their data contract which they messed up from the start of all this.

Please note that because the credit was done a few days before you invoice came out, it then reflected the full amount. It has been resolved though. Please advise on email once you have made payment for January Invoice. I will contact you again with feedback once payment is reflecting on my side.
