MTN MESS :(

I changed my account months ago to a business account at the East Rand Mall store and at the same time took a new contract for data. This was quite a process and I am left still, after months of communications, with a mess: my account is split (one line remain on personal), credits lie on the wrong account, I cannot access any of my accounts as the OTP goes to a data account and not the main cell no and even my name is spelt incorrectly.
