MTN ****mers of note

MTN is a **** of note, they rob people to make their profit. I have a month to month package for home internet. I pay on the 15th of every month but they keep telling me that I paid late because payment must be before the 25th🤷. I paid in December as usual but my service is still suspended. They said the money I paid does not reflect on my account I must send them the proof of payment and I did. They wrote back on 22/12/25 confirming receipt of the money. But I still have no internet,now they say they don't use a bank statement as a valid proof of payment which I have been using for almost a year now. They have asked me to send the pop more than 10 times which I did but all in vain.
