MTN ****MERS OF DATA AND AIRTIME!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

If there was an option for a ZERO, I would opt for it!!!! Ridiculous that I use their data for work as my router can only take the MTN Sim. I usually load my SUPER DATA every month for 30 days(R269) - just last Friday on the 8th of August I loaded my last R260 and was aware of the balance of R9 that I needed to top up with, the 15 of Augus I again loaded with R10, I had used the airtime for an sms and a few seconds on different calls so I had R267.18 in my account, needing R2 to get my balance to R269 to get my SUPER DATA for 30GB 30 DAYS. I loaded my R2 and checked my balance immediately and it was enough for the SUPER DATA! I then loaded the data and got confirmation that it's loaded. I have to REITERATE THAT THE PHONE I USE DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET! Therefore, couldn't have used it on ÖUT OF BUNDLE"!!!!!! When I put my sim into MTN Pocket router, it connected but only for a few minutes and then got cut saying I'm out of data!!!!!! Understand my frustration as an understatement that after a whole week of waiting to load and now this???? RIDICULOUS!!!! I called in and spoke to XILISA MHLONGO who was also very impatient with me when I asked her to explain in detail the transactions she sees on her system, she mentioned seeing an OUT OF DATA BUNDLE used as data the same morning at 08h33(Mind you my sim was still in the phone that uses no data) and she says it spent R119 - So I asked then what happened to the rest? She couldn't answer then transferred me to her supervisor who then told me something different that when I put my sim in my router the OUT OF BUNDLE took ALL MY MONEY!!!! No transaction showing the R2 loaded, no transaction showing SUPER DATA loaded...Just the OUT OF BUNDLE that took ALL MY MONEY!!!!!!!! I have to say disappointed is another understatement to this disgrace! I need my money, and I need it ASAP! MTN is ****ming people and what do they mean they can't see any transaction, but they could see others made previously??????? I know it's a mere R269 to them but to me it's the money I was saving to load my work data for a week!!!!!
