MTN ****MERS

MTN is **** we took x2 huawei phone 6 months down the line my mum got a call from MTN stating that she's good payer therefore she qualifies to get a laptop valued at R10.000 and she needs to pay a once of fees of R399, since my was help she took the deal, four months later our phones were blocked we called to enquire, they said its cause we didnt pay the laptop, we were shocked that how does this make sense cause she was told that its a once off payment, i further ask for the recording from Roanne Juggannadh the recording was clear the agent was ****ming my mother since she's less fortunate,now they have messed her credit profile cause they say she must pay R18000 AND SOME ODD RANDS, we last told them that we wont pay,we will take the device to MAPONYA MALL MTN, my mum did then the sent a floor manager he was a white guy,my mum asked for someone that can speak isizulu due language barrier,but the guy was rude telling my mum they cant take the device,now they going up and down to resolve this MTN ITS A **** DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH THEN CHANGE NOW BEFORE ITS TO LATE
