MTN ****mers

I app**** for home router at MTN on 23 of Feb the router was delivered at my work place on the following day I then took it home and only to realise that the router network is not working I then called them the following day they told me I have to wait until 24hours my router will be working. still it wasn’t so when I called them again they told me to call the coverage department because they realised that the address was incorrect. Their consultant wrote the incorrect address on purpose because she knew my address doesn’t have MTN coverage but she wanted me to pay for something I wasn’t gonna be able to use. I called then again to cancel the contract with them. They told me they will fetch the router at my work place where they delivered, dsv courier came to collect the router then I called back at MTN to do follow up on the cancellation of my contract they said it takes 30 day for cancellation to be cleared on their system but even today they still sending me messages and emails claiming that I am owning them I don’t know what to do anymore MTN is a **** it was my first time of having a contract with them and I am highly disappointed
