MTN ****mers

I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN without success. it is impossible to get through to a consultant or any one who can assist with this. i think MTN does this deliberately to make it impossible to cancel contracts. i have sent emails to *** but i keep getting an automated response with no progress on my request. MTN is a bunch of ****mers
