MTN ****mers

I signed up for a MTN data contract, month to month, R399/month, This month, after the debit order of R399 went off another amount of R2499 went off.I contacted Vredenburg MTN in the mall, they couldn't gave me a reason why this amount was deducted from my account, apparently they won't be able to refund me either and they told me if I want my money I will have to go to the bank and reverse the debit order. Eventually I was forced to visit the bank, it took 2 hours of my time and a R40 fee.

Please beware of these ****mers, this is nothing else but *****, by *****ing someone's money and then refuse to refund it, is *****. One of my biggest mistakes in 2023 was to do business with MTN, the 2nd biggest mistake was doing business with Vredenburg MTN (Vredenburg Mall).
