Mtn ****merps

I have been cheated on home wifi. Took a month to month home wifi at end of July 2025 for R295 per month. Paid Mtn R304 pro rata for August. Someone unilaterally decided my debit order date to be 15 September when my salary pay date is 30th of every month. From September until today, I have been taking to several agents with all varying stories that my services won't be stopped. We'll, it was stopped on 01 October when the new debit order date is 04 October. I subsequently paid the outstanding and October months charges. Now, they can only reconnect in November. How ridiculous this is, I have been ****med!!!
