MTN Menu App is extremely intrusive and cannot be deleted or notifications switched off.

MTN has an annoying app called MTN Menu that pops up occasionally with daily or weekly VAR service subscription offers. This cannot be turned off. I am a business with 20 contracts and it is very disruptive to my business as unexpected behavior damages my applications that i use the sims for causing malfunction.
