MTN mentally challenged employees and AI

MTN do you employ mentally challenged people or what? If you have a problem they say Dail 135 ( that if it gets through and does not say server error) then you are greeted by a mentally challenged artificial intelligence telling you what numbers you can dail and if you still have a problem to dail 0 for a mentally challenged employee and as soon as you do press/Dail 0 the mentally challenged AI tells you that it's a invalid selection,wait gets better if you do get at a mentally challenged employee they will most probably tell you they cannot help. Going instore that doesn't help either because the people instore must still Dail for a mentally challenged employee at headquarters. Fire all your mentally challenged employees FFS I still have not resolved my over charged account 5 days later.
