MTN Menlyn - Poor service / No service

Poor poor poor service wait actually no service from MTN Menlyn (Ground Floor) I upgrade 2 months ago and still no Samsung watch as per my upgrade. Totally useless as they just say it is Samsung. My contract is with MTN and not Samsung.
