MTN Menly Park

Yesterday (2nd October 2024) we went into the MTN store in Menlyn Park, we needed a SIM only contract and SIM swap. We had not been able to achieve this at any of the other stores without great frustration. We were helped by Nhlanhla Phungula, he was so very helpful, he knew exactly how to sort out our situation. He was knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Before I walked into that store I was at my wits end with MTN. Nhlanhla helped restore my faith. He is quite simply a delight to deal with. I wish everyone at MTN was like him. Thank you for your efforts.
