MTN MELROSE ARCH

MTN Melrose Arch dragged me as a potential customer since we first spoke on 13 October 2021

I was very patient and listened to them lie to me that they will assist and now on the 5th of November they HAVE NOT EVEN LOADED MY REQUEST

Worse of all it took me 1 minutes after calling 135 for the consultant at MTN to tell me there is no stock of Iphones

I dont have an issue that there is no stock but I have an issue with people lying and waisting my time for 3 weeks

Today when I called to say this is actually pathetic service they rep**** with attitude

Why should I tolerate this behaviour when I am asking you MTN to sgn me up as a customer???

Surely I deserve better then that?
