MTN Mega CITY is absolute ******* under Moosa's management

On 24 February 2024 I went to Mega City MTN store to make enquiries regarding my expired home router and I could not get help but instead the store manager there Moosa told me to "***OF" in his store. which lead to a verbal confrontation and he called the Mega City Mall security guards on me, who then did not ask but man handled me. and in the process I lost my phone and a large amount of money that I had with me. I went to report the phone at MTN Mafikeng mall and they were very helpful in blacklisting the lost phone and also resolving my home router issue. And they also mentioned that the MTN Mega City manager (Moosa) he is rude and mistreat customers and employees.
