My second time trying to reach MTN regarding my refund with no progress!!

Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue regarding my money, I have not received satisfactory assistance from MTN. On the 4th June I received a call from a lady at MTN stating that she is not offering me anything, she just wants to help me pay less from what I was already paying (which was R1 068). I confirmed with her several times, "Girl, I am not going to pay extra, right?" She confirmed and siad "There would be no extra charges whatsoever" Now... Please explain to me why is it that end of July I paid R1 680.79 and just now MTN debited R1 2044.00? TF!! That is close to R3000. What the **** am I paying for kante huh!!! I just ****en lost my ****en son and ****en buried him, What do you think I'm dealing with the stress? On top of that MTN is the cause of my depression .I don't have a good job you ****ers!!!, I barely make a living and MTN is ****en ruined me. R3000 might not be a lot of money to you...but it is to mmmeeee!!! yeeerrrr mmaaan! Worse, MTN doesn't give a **** about how many times I have called and cried on the phone. I just want my refund right now and from now on MTN should STOP debiting me, I will go to their stores and pay myself.****en ****mers. Need to change this networkwork as soon as I'm done with this madness!!

I request that you look into this matter urgently and refund me as early as tomorrow because I am so drained out trying to fix this with MTN with no progress, instead they are continuing sucking me dry. I'm seeking a refund of the lost amount and an explanation of how this occurred.

I will never get my son back, but can l get my damn money. I'm tired and drained out, maan. I'm just defeated.
