MTN ****med Me! Do Not Purchase the MTN Home WiFi Month-to-Month Uncapped Package!

On September 30, 2024, I visited the MTN Store at Pretoria Sammy Marks to inquire about their home WiFi offers. I was particularly interested in the Month-to-Month Uncapped package. After discussing with a sales representative, I decided to purchase the package and paid for it in full. I was informed that it would be activated at the beginning of October. However, I only managed to connect a week later, and the network quality was poor. Additionally, I began receiving messages stating that I owed R281.00, which I could not understand since the sales representatives had assured me that the WiFi router was free. Despite having paid for the month, my service was disconnected. I attempted to seek help from their call center multiple times but was unsuccessful. This month, I made my payment again, but I am still disconnected. One of their agents informed me that they will not reconnect my service. I feel as though I have wasted my money by paying for services that I did not receive. MTN is a ****; please do not fall for it. I would appreciate it if my issue could be addressed.
