MTN ****MED ME

On behalf of my cousin who had a contract with Mtn for a period of 2 (two) years and the agreement was monthly she had to pay R323.00 . This only happened for two months and thereafter an amount of R500 to R700 have been deducted from my bank account without notifying me and ended up requesting a contract cancellation for 7(seven) months I have not paid.. Two weeks ago I paid R2300 and was promised to be removed from ITC and to date my name still reflects at credit bureau . When I contacted Mtn I was told to pay R1890 further more. Please assist me as a consumer I have no where to go or get help. Mtn is a ****mer and they reap people that are not clued up with the transactions.
