MTN ****MED ME

I ordered q wifi router on MTN on Thursday the only communication i got was them confirming that they deducted my money , after that they sent another email saying my order is with DSV mind you on their website they promise 1-3 delivery days . On Monday I called to check on my order , when I call DSV they said they don't have anything on my name in their system, I then called MTN they kept making excuses , still no communication so I decided to call and cancel the order since I didn't get it their agents did promise me a refund even now I have not gotten any communication from MTN regarding cancelation or the order. What ever you do don't ever order a router onl8ne they will **** you off your money I paid R560,5 which was not mine but my brothers. #MTNISA****
