MTN meadowdale far away from customer service

Extremely disappointed with MTN Meadowdale. Got new contract 6 weeks ago , went away for 4 weeks and when I came back the phone was not working ( Emergency calls only ) I was told that the card is not working I must purchase new card ( sim swap ) but the card was new , not used for 4 weeks. The manager ( I presume ) was very unhelpful. Cut the story short MTN Meadowdale made it my fault ( the customer ) I dont recommend that brunch and I will not be going there. I will rethink me business relations with MTN.
