MTN Meadowdale branch

I took a wifi at MTN Meadowdale July 2023 and return the router September 2023 but still they have not canceled it. It shows that it was successful receive but they have not sent the necessary documents to the head office. The people working there are clueless, they don't know how to assist clients. The manager is always changing employees every time we go there we find new people and have to explain again they busy playing a blaming game. They only care about pushing sales. When it comes to resolving issue they create they always say they don't know what to do. Am very angry because this is affecting my credit score.
