MTN ****** ME MY 15YEARS NUMBER, NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER CARE,PLEASE HELP IM DESPERATE

MTN terminated my number without communicating with me because my account was in arrears , I now paid the whole outstanding amount I was owing but they can still not give me back my old number that I have been using for over 15 years because of 4 months arrears , all my clients have that number , my applications everything my life is over please help me even if I can port it to another network its fine as long as i have the same number. i have been on the line for over 3 hours in total to get help through customer care to no assistance , tried calling head office they answer and start having their personal conversation on the back ground i hold over 10 minutes listening to people talking about medication and politics, please please assist me when can i go for help , I PAID EVERYTHING IM OWING , ALL I NEED IS MY NUMBER BACK, Be it prepaid or contract i do not mind at all
