MTN ******* me into signing up for an expensive contract and now they are not delivering my device

I signed up for a laptop and data contract with MTN via the phone. They said they didn't have the cheaper laptop that I initially wanted in stock so I opted for the more expensive one that they said they have in stock because I needed the laptop urgently and I wasn't willing to wait for stock (mind you, on their website they say they deliver within 3 days).

Now I'm sitting weeks in, and I still have not received the laptop. When I call they say that they don't have stock. Now my question is, I had to sign up for the more expensive contract because of stock issues, now that I've signed up, they are still telling me of stock issues. They just blatantly ******* me to sign up for the more expensive deal knowing that they still won't have stock to supply me. Now I'm calling left right and center, and my call is being passed around and no one seems to be willing to help neither can they even tell me when I can expect to get the device.

I'm a 1st time MTN customer and I'm already regretting ever dealing with MTN, if I'm having to deal with such **** at the very beginning of a contract, I'm really wondering what I have got myself into.
