MTN / MDB collections

MTN collection and hand over to MDB Collections is absolutely shocking. Accounts handed over are never verified before harassing phone calls. My account has been paid up for 3 weeks already and still I am been harassed to pay R381. MDB have noted this on numerous occasions telephonic ally on there so called system and still cannot read there own messages. I emailed MTN queries in 21 March 2022 and got a reply in 11 May 2022. I have subsequently closed 2 of my 4 accounts with MTN and will be closing the other 2 as soon as they due for upgrade.
