MTN / MBD WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

First of all, I have never in my life had such a terrible experience, and wasted so much money on resolving pure nonsense. In the past, round about 2007 I took a MTN contract through Nashua mobile, this account was used for a couple of month's to which I destroyed the sim card and took up a pay as you go with Vodacom to save money, I payed my MTN account every month (monthly instalment) and upgraded when I could to receive a new phone. Last year 2016 August I went to the MTN branch( Middelburg mall) in Middelburg Mpumalanga to get a new phone and data package. The salesperson said that I qualify to upgrade(Huwei phone and router and data package +- R690p/m / previous instalment R160 p/m) so I thought.... good... (worst mistake of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Absolutely by far the worst service ever. The process took forever to only get a response very late the afternoon that he is truly sorry and I should return early the next day as they do not have stock...(the products was in stock with the initial conversation). I returned the next morning and once again was given a very poor excuse and was requested to return later in the afternoon, which I did around 16:00, I was asked to be patient upon my arrival and was asked to wait, and that he will assist me shortly, around 17:00, I was told yet again that stock is not available and if it would be possible for me to return on a later stage... fed-up after wasting so much time I explained to the sales rep that he should cancel all arrangements and also the contract I wanted to upgrade... with a **** poor attitude the REP looked through my profile on the PC, cancelled everything and informed me that I am no longer a client with MTN. Now this is where the issue starts... A debit order was loaded for some or other SKY contract which was never discussed or agreed to, and I was debited with +-R1800. I returned to the same branch to follow up on this, a different REP looked on the system and informed me that this is surely a mistake as she could not even find a profile for me with my ID number.. I was told to enter my Bank and reverse the transaction which I did, I walked out of the mall that same day and contacted MTN directly, the consultant on the phoned confirmed that this should be a mistake because he couldn't find anything on MTN system with my ID number as well. I was told that this would not happen again, and on behalf of MTN he apologised, the consultant could not give me a reference number as I did not have an account with them, he explained to me that in order to give me a reference number I should be a client in order to link the reference number to my account. The very next month another debit order was deducted on my savings account but was reversed as i did not have enough funds in the account. I called MTN again and once again the consultant confirmed that i do not have an account and that this must be a mistake as my ID number does not show on the system. The next month no debit order was loaded and i thought that this is surely resolved, two months went by, I received a sms from MBD that requested i should contact them urgently regarding my MTN account which is in arrears. I called MBD and explained the issue to them, they informed me that i should contact MTN and resolve this with them, I called MTN directly who then informed me about this SKY contract, and out of the blue my info and ID number is back on the system, i requested to speak to MTN legal department, i was given a number, this number kept on ringing for eternity, 40 phone calls later i got through and explained my situation to the legal consultant, once again she could not find anything on the system with my ID number and requested that i should submit a affadavit to MBD and that this will resolve the issue as this seems like ***** as she cannot find a profile for me on the system, i submitted the affadavit at the police and forwarded this with my ID document to MBD and MTN LEGAL. Today 4-3-2017, once again received sms from MBD stating that i should call them, did just that, now the consultant requested that i should submit my ID and affadavit again, BUT i need to include the account cellphone number on the affadavit.... Enough is Enough!!!!! how the Hell should i provide a number for something i never received and something that is not in my possesion and something MTN cannot supply me with as my ID number does not show on the system!!!!!! i have had Enough, i am sick and tired of calling back and forward to resolve something that actually have nothing to do with me. MTN should investigate and resolve this, how the hell is this my responsibilty after submitting all the proof wasting time and money on all of this nonsense. Nothing is getting resolved. i have wasted more than R2000 in trying to resolve this. travelling, phone calls, emails. i need someone from MTN to contact me to resolve this, and not some telephone sales rep, someone with experience. This is truly the worst service ever, i will without a doubt never in my life take up another MTN contract and i will make sure that all my friends and family follow suite.
